Biography
Steven Peery is an Adjunct Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at ºÚÁÏÉçÇø. His academic and research interests include ethical leadership, faith-learning integration, moral decision-making, and the development of principled leaders for the corporate marketplace.
Dr. Peery’s doctoral research examined similarities and differences in ethical character development and moral decision-making objectives across Christian and secular university MBA programs. His research sought to identify opportunities for academic institutions to strengthen the preparation of future business leaders to navigate complex ethical challenges with sound judgment and integrity.
Dr. Peery brings more than 35 years of corporate leadership experience in the aerospace and defense industry, spanning acquisition, engineering, manufacturing, and program management. His professional expertise includes organizational design, business transformation and turnaround, supply chain resilience, and the management of P&L technology portfolios and global workforces.
In addition to his corporate career, Dr. Peery has served in pastoral and ministry leadership roles and has taught university-level courses in Organizational Behavior, Leadership, and Rocket Propulsion Fundamentals. His teaching and scholarship draw upon this combination of executive, academic, and ministry experience to explore the intersection of leadership, ethics, faith, and organizational effectiveness.
